An amazing spread, even if there was nothing this year that I'd award a perfect 10 score. Deathspell Omega and Lake of Tears were both just a sliver away. Folkfuck Folie is actually a new addition to the list that has grown on me throughout the years to become one of my favorite of Famine's albums, and there are a good number of others that have crept their way onto the updated list. 2007 was another busy year for a lot of the genres, and this is represented here. Everything from black to doom to traditional/heavy to German power metal, and it was a deep selection, with many excellent 9/10 albums that I couldn't even squeeze onto the list.
